- Uncommon in young children
- Happens in males in the second decade of life
- Associated with fracture of the coronoid, medial epicondyle & proximal radius
Treatment
- Immediate reduction
- Be aware of interposed fragments
- Be aware of neuropraxia
- Splint 2-3 weeks with posterior slab
