Achondroplasia Kyphosis
- Presentation
- Thoracolumbar kyphosis usually detected at birth but worsens with sitting
- Natural History
- Resolves in 70% with onset of ambulation
- 30% do not resolve
- Treatment
- if no improvement by age 3 brace patient
- surgery may be required
