- Sepsis
- Post traumatic Osteoarthritis in young patient
Position

Unilateral
- 90° flexion, (excise radial head to enable pronation & supination)

Bilateral
- one 110° to reach mouth
- other 65° for body hygiene
Surgical Technique
- Always use bone graft
- One posterior into olecranon gutter
- Two crossed through bone tunnels
- Denude bone
- plate & screw fixation
