Superficial Dissection
- Deep fascia
- Identify interval between ECRB & EDC distally
Deep Dissection

- PIN is between superficial & deep heads & arises 1cm proximal to distal edge
- Identify & preserve PIN
- Mobilise the nerve by carefully dissecting it through substance of Supinator
