Type	Description
A	Femoral head present & adequate acetabulum & subtrochanteric pseudarthrosis but with bony connection of neck & shaft at maturity
B	Femoral head present & adequate acetabulum but there is no connection between head & shaft at maturity
C	Dysplastic acetabulum, no femoral head & femur short
D	Absence of femoral head & acetabulum, marked deformity & shortening of femoral shaft
