Neurofibromatosis Diagnostic Criteria
- Cafe au lait patches (6 or more & more than1.5cm diameter)
- Two or more neurofibroma or one plexiform neurofibroma
- Optic glioma
- Two or more iris hamartomas (Lisch nodules)
- Defective osseous lesions (eg pseudarthrosis)
- 1st degree relative with condition
