Stages
- Soft tissue swelling
- Osteoporosis, epiphyseal overgrowth but joint integrity maintained
- Disorganisation of joint with subchondral cysts, squaring of patella & intercondylar notch with trochlear widening
- Narrowing of joint space & cartilage destruction
